CURRENT PRODUCT

The D[AI]NGEN Browser Extension

AVAILABLE NOW · PRIVATE ACCESS

The Browser Extension is the first available D[AI]NGEN product surface. It applies the broader AI application access-control model to browser-based AI interactions without defining D[AI]NGEN as only a browser upload security tool.

THE FIRST SURFACE

Browser AI is where the first available boundary becomes visible.

For many employees, the browser is where enterprise information and AI first meet.

D[AI]NGEN Browser Extension introduces a separate decision before selected data enters the protected AI workflow.

Browser is the current product surface, not the whole definition of the D[AI]NGEN access-control layer.

CURRENT VALIDATED BROWSER WORKFLOWS

The evaluation scope is intentionally narrow.

The current Browser evaluation includes selected workflows with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Mode. This is not a universal provider-support matrix.

ACCESS CONTEXT

Data access is a separate decision

D[AI]NGEN is designed around explicit AI access rather than inherited user access.

A user may be authorized to work with enterprise files and resources. That does not automatically mean an AI application should receive the same scope of access.

Within validated flows, supported content can be reviewed and a configured decision can determine the resulting send path.

The product experience makes that distinction visible.

CONCEPTUAL SECURITY MODEL

Policy before AI access

The D[AI]NGEN model places policy before AI access.

Identity, data context, destination, and policy belong in the decision process before enterprise information reaches an AI system.

The public security model expresses decisions as ALLOW, REDACT, or DENY. Individual underlying capabilities remain subject to product verification before they are marketed as shipping features.

ALLOW

Conceptually permit the interaction.

REDACT

Conceptually remove sensitive content before proceeding.

DENY

Conceptually prevent the interaction.

PLATFORM MODULE

Discovery & Classification supports setup and review.

Discovery surfaces AI-relevant files, folders and sensitivity signals locally, then places what needs attention into an administrator review flow.

The module supports the governed-access model across product surfaces. It recommends context; it does not authorize access or apply policy by itself.

READING THE PRODUCT

What the product experience is designed to make visible.

The dashboard screenshot shows product state and current protection context. The Data Access screenshot shows how D[AI]NGEN represents enterprise data access in the product experience. The Policy screenshot shows policy-oriented product context and decisions.

The interface helps communicate the D[AI]NGEN model. A UI state or screenshot is not, by itself, proof of every underlying security mechanism.

VALIDATED BEHAVIOR

What the current browser flow has validated.

The current Browser Extension evidence now includes evaluation, connectivity, persistence, and file-review behaviors. It is still narrower than a complete capability matrix.

These statements describe specific evaluated flows. They do not turn the broader capability categories into verified shipping claims.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Standard-profile evaluation

The current Browser Extension evaluation runs in the user’s standard Chrome profile.

Applies to the current private-access evaluation. It does not establish support for other browsers or managed-profile deployment models.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Session persistence

The validated Browser Extension evaluation remains operational across browser restart and user-session recovery.

Validated for the current evaluation environment. This is not a general persistence or recovery guarantee across every operating system or enterprise configuration.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Protection connectivity check

The evaluated Browser Extension checks connectivity with the local protection layer before reporting a connected protection state.

Describes a validated status-check behavior in the current evaluation. It is not a claim of uninterrupted enforcement or public network control-plane availability.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Approved-resource boundary

In the validated evaluation flow, an approved resource can enter the protected AI workflow while a resource outside the approved boundary is denied.

Limited to the approved-boundary behavior shown in the evaluation. It does not establish universal policy enforcement across every resource, destination, or browser flow.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Pre-send file review

In covered browser upload flows, a selected file can be held for review before the AI site receives it.

Validation covered selected AI Browser workflows in Chrome. This does not establish coverage for every browser, AI destination, upload path, or file type.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Text-file inspection

Supported text files can be inspected for configured sensitive-content patterns before a send decision.

Validated for supported text-file flows. This does not establish extraction or classification for PDF, Office, image, or every other file format.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Explicit unknown-risk handling

Unsupported file formats are identified as unanalyzed and can require a separate explicit send decision.

Validation included .xlsx and .pdf examples in the alpha evaluation. This does not create a DLP claim for those formats.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

No silent original fallback

If the selected file cannot be reviewed or returned through the approved path, the evaluated flow can stop the send rather than silently pass the original file.

Applies to the covered upload paths evaluated in the alpha matrix. This is not a universal network-blocking guarantee.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Configured decision outcomes

Configured sensitive-content findings can produce allow, redact, ask-first, or block outcomes in evaluated text and file flows.

This is limited to configured patterns in evaluated flows. It does not establish a complete enterprise policy engine or universal AI policy enforcement.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Redacted copy option

For supported text findings, the evaluated flow can produce a redacted copy for sending rather than transmitting the original content.

Limited to supported text content and configured pattern handling. It does not guarantee detection or redaction of every format or sensitive-data type.

VALIDATED · LIMITED SCOPE

Decision records

Evaluated inspection decisions can create an audit record without reproducing the detected secret content.

This is a narrow audit behavior, not a claim of complete auditability, SIEM integration, or enterprise log management.

PRIVATE ACCESS

Why private access?

The Browser Extension is currently distributed through private access while D[AI]NGEN continues to validate product behavior, documentation, and the evaluation experience.

Private access allows product discussions to remain aligned with the capabilities of the current validated build.

PRODUCT STATUS

Current product state

AVAILABLE THROUGH PRIVATE ACCESS

Browser Extension

The Browser Extension is the current production-facing D[AI]NGEN product. Detailed capabilities are published only after verification.

EVALUATION

What an evaluation is for.

Organizations evaluating the Browser Extension can review the current product experience, understand the D[AI]NGEN security-boundary model, and discuss the validated behavior of the available build.

Detailed capability statements should continue to come from verified product documentation rather than assumptions based on screenshots or architecture diagrams.

Evaluate the current product.
