Cookie Policy

How DAINGEN APP uses cookies, local storage, and consent controls on daingen.app.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Founder-approved publication draft — subject to professional legal review.

This Cookie Policy explains how DAINGEN APP uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on the D[AI]NGEN website.

The current consent-preference mechanism uses first-party browser local storage rather than an HTTP cookie, so the preference value is not sent to DAINGEN APP in request headers.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files placed by a website on a browser or device. Similar technologies can include browser local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and comparable identifiers.

Not every technology listed in a consent category is necessarily active. Optional technologies are activated only when the applicable consent category is allowed and an integration has been configured.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support core website operation, security, form delivery, and the ability to remember privacy choices.

The D[AI]NGEN consent preference record is treated as strictly necessary because the website must remember whether optional categories were accepted or rejected.

3. Current first-party storage

The following inventory reflects the current website consent implementation. Optional analytics and marketing identifiers are not currently configured.

This record stores category choices and a timestamp. It does not intentionally store a name, email address, browsing history, or other unnecessary personal information.

4. Optional analytics

Analytics technologies may be used in the future to understand how the website is used and to improve content, performance, or usability.

Analytics is an optional category and is off by default. No optional analytics service is currently activated.

5. Optional marketing technologies

Marketing technologies may be used in the future for marketing measurement or campaign attribution.

Marketing is an optional category and is off by default. No optional marketing technology is currently activated.

6. How to change or withdraw consent

You can reopen the privacy preferences panel at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer.

Saving a rejected optional category updates the stored preference immediately and prevents future optional initialization managed by this consent layer. Where technically possible, the consent layer also removes first-party cookies or local storage keys registered by managed integrations.

Some browser settings can also delete cookies and local storage. Browser-level removal may remove the consent preference itself and cause the privacy choices panel to appear again.

7. Relationship with the Privacy Policy

This Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies. The Privacy Policy describes how DAINGEN APP handles personal information more generally.

Both documents are publication drafts subject to professional legal review and may be updated as the website or its integrations change.
